A regular clean maintains a home already in good order. It's not the same job as a deep clean, so it doesn't cover deep-clean tasks unless you ask for them specifically.

Weekly keeps a home consistently clean; fortnightly is enough if the property is not heavily used between visits or if you keep on top of quick daily tidying yourself. Monthly visits work for very light-use properties or where you only need occasional top-ups.
Yes, where possible. Consistency matters, so we assign the same cleaner to your schedule. If they are unavailable (holiday, illness), a colleague from the same team covers, briefed on your home's layout and priorities.
