STEP 01
Tell us the move-out date
The earlier we know, the more likely we can book the exact day you need, particularly at month-end when demand is highest across London.

Confirm access
Whether you're still living there, or the property is empty and the agent's holding keys, we agree access details before the day so there's no delay on arrival.
STEP 03
The clean itself
Typically the day of or the day before check-out, once furniture is out (or with furniture still in for a lived-in clean, if that's what's needed).
STEP 04
Keys handed back
You hand back a property in the best possible condition for the check-out inspection, with photos available if you asked for them.

Dated photos, if you need them
Deposit disputes usually come down to one thing: nobody can prove what the property looked like on the day the keys changed hands. On request, we can supply dated, time-stamped photos of the finished clean, room by room, so there's a record that exists independently of memory or opinion.
Moving out yourself? Ask for the photos before you hand the keys back, so you have your own record of the finished clean.
